Return and Refund Policy

For custom Jewelry

• All custom jewelry sales are final - not refundable as they cannot be resold.                                                         
• A minimum of $300 down payment is required for Sketch and CAD Image (non refundable)
• An additional payment of 50% of total cost is required to proceed to casting (non -refundable) 
• The remainder of payments can be made all at once or with installment payments 
• Custom Piece will be released once total Balance is paid in full including any applicable taxes

For standard jewelry

• 14 day return policy 
• Jewelry must be in new unworn condition with original packaging 
• Item(s) may be exchanged up to 14 days for an item of equal or greater value
• If a customer chooses an item of greater value, they will be responsible for the difference
